How do I start a subscription?
Simply click on purchase one of our package ( can we add a bottom to direct back to the options? . You will never run out of supplements again (all of our kits include a start order with 2 months supply and automatic refills. )
How does the subscription work?
All our supplements come with a subscription to give the nutrients time to work in your body. You sign up for a minimum of 6 months and we’ll send you customized refills every other month to help you stick to the plan. Payments will be made automatically every month based on your chosen payment method. We will send you a two-month supply every other month to save on shipping costs. Your products will be delivered right to your closest post office or to your door.
How long is my subscription commitment period?
The subscription commitment period includes 6 monthly subscription payments after you have paid your start order. We require 30 days' notice if you want to cancel your subscription. This is due to the time it takes to process the agreement to terminate.
Please note! You pay a monthly subscription fee with deliveries every other month. Once you have received your first order and should decide to terminate your subscription, you need to wait until you have fulfilled your commitment period.
How do I upgrade/delay/cancel my subscription?
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Zinzino will always be here to help, bringing your life back into balance when you’re ready to recommit. If you’ve found yourself in this situation, we have a number of options for you. Please, get in touch with Customer Service if you want to make any changes to your subscription:
Changing the product you’re subscribing to. Maybe your health goals have shifted and you think you’d benefit from other Zinzino products. It doesn’t matter what product you want to replace or remove – we want to ensure you get the right Zinzino food supplements for your current health goals and needs.
Pausing the subscription for up to three months within the six month commitment period. Once your commitment period is over, you may still opt to pause your subscription - please contact Support for assistance. You won’t pay for and receive products during the pause and the subscription will re-start at the agreed date.
Canceling the subscription will incur a fee if it's before the six months are over. You’ll pay a set fee for each product you subscribe to.
Will subscribing save me money?
Yes. When you subscribe to one or more of our customized kits, you become a Premium Customer. You save up to 60% on add-on subscriptions and up to 40% on Premier Kits. It’s the most cost efficient way to use Zinzino products. In addition, maintaining a subscription gives you access to our loyalty program ‘Zinzino4Free’, where you have the chance to earn free products every month while sharing your experience with friends and family. Choose our upsell option to quickly get your free products.
Why do I get my refills every other month and not every month?
Giving our planet a break is another important feature of our subscription model. By sending refills every other month, we can minimize shipping costs and routes, which will reduce our carbon footprint (and yours).

What is your refund and complaints policy?
